Heavensown Rescue

I am a 37 year old mother to 5 kids....2 are 4 legged   I finally fullfilled a life long dream of opening my own cake shop about a year and a half ago.  My family and I are very proud members of Lee Park Baptist Church.  

We have two (four legged) kids!  Our first one, which we got from you guys, is Duchess.  She is a black Pomeranian.  She is the sweetest dog that we have ever had the joy of being a family too.  Our second is a 2 month old chihauhau.  Her name is pudgie because she was the "piggie" of the liter.  They both love playing together and Duchess mothering.

We learned about you guys when our best friends Bob and Linda meet you at the Harley Davidson store.  They sent me a picture of Duchess and I fell in love.  We came down shortly after that to adopt her.  Yes we have had a chance to visit.  My children (the human ones) love to come down and volunteer and pick up supplies when I find really good deals on them.  

I love dogs and cats. I also love to help rescue them.

My pets are two dogs and two cats. They are like my children.

My daughter in law is James and Donna's daughter.

I live in the country in union county. I have 5.63 acres of land and a pond. I do have part of the yard fenced in. But the dogs stand inside most of he time. I am not able to have children due to medical problems. So have lots of love to give to animals.

I have six dogs. THey love each other and the love the parents, such as my husband and my self. I have dogs ranging from 7 months old thru 10 years old. I have two 7 months old dogs, willie shelte sheep dog, and a german shepard mix, a 9 month old black lab/ plott hound, 2 year old Saint Bernard, 8 year old Cockapoo, and a 10 year old lab mix.

I had a 18 year old dog that I just put down about 8 months ago do to age. They could not get up on there own and stop eating.

All dogs are rescues. Do to my health I bruise easy. and the one my had is on is the one that was 18 years olds.

I learned about it online and have not had a chance to come by yet. When are you open?

Bandit is a Siberian Husky/German Shepherd mix he is living in Illinois with my dad because my dad's dog past and he wanted Bandit for a compainon.

Bandit was found as a stray where I live back in 2005 No one claimed him so I took him in planning on finding him a home. But with no luck. So he became mine.

Bubba, is a Dauchshund, Chow Chow. with a hint of Lab. he is 8mo old. How I got BUBBA

My sister called me one day and asked if I could help her to find homes for her dogs.

I said yes and drove the 3 hours 1-way to her house. Upon arriving I saw several dogs in need of TLC. I asked her how it got this bad she said I couldnt afford to get them fixed and this is the result. She asked if I could take Weenie, and her pups I said I will take the pups but cant take Weenie no room. Well needless to say thing there would only be 5 pups was shocked to find 20 pups. Which I took home with me. They were off momma at 4 weeks old. and eating solid food.

Got them all tick free. and decided I wanted one my sister thought I would keep the Black and red one. Wrong I fell in LOVE with the RUNTS. Husband said only one not 4 yes there were 4 runts. Then I got to thinking smartly and knew its cheaper to get a male fixed then a female. So I keep the one and only Male of the 20 puppies. And named him bubba.

He is my Profile pick, and at 6 months old found out he was born with a bad over bite, where his top cainines start his bottom jaw stops. It took me till he was 7-mo old to get him house broken. But we did it Yeah

His best friend here is my Cat .

My Cat ANDY is a 4yr old Orange and white Main Coon that found me as a stray. about 2 yrs ago. and he has been with me ever since . All my animals are current on there shots and are fixed.

by surfing the internet. I have but have been busy looking for a lost or found animal.

So I am going there now.
